2. Using our website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material

  • Use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights

  • Copy or exploit website content without permission

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

We may suspend or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

3. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device

  • Packaging and labelling may change without notice

  • Handmade and craft-related products may have minor variations

  • Product images may be illustrative and may not always show exact scale

  • Manufacturers may occasionally update product specifications

Any material differences that affect the product’s intended use will be clearly explained where reasonably possible.

Please read all product descriptions, warnings and safety information before purchasing or using a product.

4. Product availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Placing a product in your basket does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an alternative, a revised delivery date or a refund for the unavailable item.

We may limit the quantity of an item that can be purchased when reasonably necessary to protect stock availability or prevent misuse.

5. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are displayed separately during checkout before you confirm your order.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

We will not change the price of an order after it has been accepted, except where you agree to a change.

6. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in accordance with these terms.

You will receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for a legitimate reason, including:

  • A product being unavailable

  • Payment not being authorised

  • An obvious pricing or product-information error

  • Suspected fraud or unlawful activity

  • An applicable purchase restriction being exceeded

  • Delivery being unavailable to the supplied address

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, which may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied with your order.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, subject to any restrictions shown in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are provided as guidance. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the stated period and, unless another period has been agreed, within 30 days of the order being placed.

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you and explain the available options.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to another person or location you have nominated. This may include a neighbour or safe place selected through the delivery service.

Please check that the delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once warehouse processing has begun.

Additional delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy.

9. Cancelling an order

You can ask to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as quickly as possible.

If warehouse processing has already begun, we may be unable to stop the order. Once delivered, eligible products may be returned under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

For most online purchases, consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us, the goods must normally be returned within a further 14 days.

Some products are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including certain personalised products or goods that cannot safely be resold after a seal has been broken.

Full details are provided in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, you will normally be responsible for return postage. Where an eligible order is cancelled, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery service.

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, we will provide the remedies required under UK consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer law.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Photographs of the product and packaging where relevant

We ask that visible delivery damage is reported within seven days where reasonably possible so that we can investigate it promptly. This request does not remove or reduce your statutory rights.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

12. Safety and responsible product use

Resins, hardeners, pigments, adhesives and other craft materials must be handled carefully.

You agree to:

  • Read and follow all instructions, warnings and safety data supplied with the product

  • Use suitable personal protective equipment where instructed

  • Work in an appropriately ventilated area

  • Store products securely and at the recommended temperature

  • Keep products away from children, pets, food and drink

  • Avoid using products for purposes not recommended by the manufacturer

  • Follow applicable disposal instructions

Product information on our website is general guidance and is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s instructions, safety data sheet or professional advice.

If you are uncertain whether a product is suitable for a particular application, contact us or the manufacturer before using it.

14. Website links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

These links are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices.

The presence of a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.

15. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that:

  • Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed

  • Result from your misuse of a product or failure to follow its instructions

  • Result from inaccurate information supplied by you

  • Relate to business use, including loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, where you purchased as a consumer

We do not exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful. This includes responsibility for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Faulty or misdescribed goods

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

16. Events outside our reasonable control

We will not be responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, provided that we take reasonable steps to minimise its effects and contact you when appropriate.

If a substantial delay occurs, you may be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.

17. Privacy and cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies and similar technology is explained in our Cookie Policy. Where required, you can manage your cookie preferences through the controls provided on our website.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date. Changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.

19. If part of these terms is invalid

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing a right under these terms does not mean that the right has been waived.

20. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer law.

We encourage you to contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it directly.
