Easter Bunny Holding Egg Silicone Mould

Description

Easter Bunny Holding a Cracked Egg Silicone Mould

Create a decorative Easter rabbit holding a large cracked eggshell with this silicone mould from Resin Studio. The standing bunny has long upright ears, rounded feet and front paws wrapped around the egg, giving the finished ornament a recognisable Easter design.

The cracked edge of the eggshell adds character to the decoration and provides an opportunity for contrasting colours and painted details. Suitable for handmade Easter ornaments, spring displays and seasonal gifts, the design can be finished in traditional pastel shades or more decorative colours.

Standing Bunny with a Cracked Easter Egg

The rabbit stands upright, holding a large eggshell against the front of its body. Its long ears extend above the head, while the rounded feet and front paws complete the design.

The mould captures several distinctive features:

• Upright ears: Long rabbit ears that form part of the standing silhouette.
• Front paws: Positioned around the large Easter egg.
• Rounded feet: Completing the lower part of the rabbit figure.
• Cracked eggshell: A decorative broken edge that gives the egg its Easter appearance.

The finished ornament measures approximately 10.02 cm high, 8.14 cm wide and 4.55 cm deep.

Decorate with Easter Colours and Patterns

The bunny and eggshell can be decorated separately using contrasting colours to highlight their individual shapes.

Soft pastel shades can give the rabbit a traditional spring appearance, while the large eggshell provides space for colourful painted patterns and embellishments.

Decorative options include:

• Pastel colours for a traditional Easter finish.
• Colourful spots and patterns across the eggshell.
• Metallic pigments for contrasting decorative effects.
• Painted details to distinguish the rabbit from the egg.
• Additional embellishments for a personalised appearance.

For a coordinated design, use complementary shades across the rabbit and egg. Alternatively, a neutral-coloured bunny can be combined with a brightly decorated eggshell to make the Easter pattern the main feature.

Handmade Easter Decorations and Seasonal Gifts

The standing rabbit and cracked egg design is suited to Easter and spring-themed displays.

The finished casting can be used as a decorative ornament, with the large eggshell providing a central feature for painted colours and patterns.

Its familiar Easter subject also makes it suitable for handmade seasonal gifts. Different colour combinations and decorative finishes allow each casting to have its own appearance while retaining the same rabbit and egg design.

Flexible Silicone Construction

Made from flexible silicone, the mould helps release finished castings while retaining the rabbit's shape and decorative features.

The mould reproduces the long ears, rounded feet, front paws and cracked eggshell edge, allowing these details to be highlighted when decorating the finished ornament.
