Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every purchase from Resin Studio. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read the details below before sending any items back to us.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please start your return through our Returns and RMA page to arrange a return and receive instructions.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened or used resin, hardener, pigments, or other liquids
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Perishable or time-sensitive items such as mixed resin kits
- Gift vouchers
Faulty or damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please report it within 7 days of delivery using our Returns and RMA page. Include photographs and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate quickly. We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.
How to return an item
- Start your return through our Returns and RMA page
- Package the item securely and include your order number
- Return the item using a tracked delivery service
- Keep proof of postage until we confirm receipt
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please start your request through our Returns and RMA page so we can confirm stock availability. Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned product has been received.
