Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Custom-made or perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
