Alumilite’s Mold Release & Conditioner is a dual-purpose, solvent-free solution designed to make casting easier while extending the life of your molds. This colourless, odorless formula conditions the mold surface and creates a dependable release barrier, ensuring clean demolding of urethane and epoxy castings. Packaged in a convenient 4oz spray pump, it applies as a fine mist for even coverage without affecting detail or finish.

Ideal for both store-bought and custom-made molds, this release agent works across a wide range of mold materials except silicone-to-silicone applications. Applied before each casting session, it helps prevent sticking, reduces the risk of mold tearing or failure, and maintains crisp surface detail from one cast to the next.

Shake well before use and apply one thin, even coat from 6–8 inches away. For best results, reapply before each casting session. Clean tools with 99% isopropyl alcohol or a residue-free cleaner, and store the product in a cool, dry environment.
